Meets, Meets, and More Meets Sign Up Deadline

November 12th

Hi Team-

I am writing to you to talk about meet sign-ups again. I need numbers for the UVAC meet on December 6th-8th sooner rather than later. I have set the deadline to declare whether you are attending for 8pm on this Thursday the 14th. Please let me know soon if you and your swimmers are attending! We hope you are! Even if you can only come for 1 day it is worth it.

Remember to encourage your swimmers to try new events and new experiences. I saw a quote today and it stuck with me. "She was powerful not because she wasn't scared, but because she went on despite her fear". - Harper Lee

Let's all be powerful today and raise some powerful kiddos who become great IM swimmers and can swim every event despite their fears!

Spring Training Back to Normal Schedule

Hi Spring Training Sturgeons-

I wanted to briefly remind everyone that practice is back to normal for the rest of the 5 week session. So that is:

Monday and Wednesday 5pm start.

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm start.

No Fridays.
