Hi Bronze Champs Team-

I am so excited to share this information with you. I look forward to some fun times and fast swimming! As usual I have attached a bunch of documents to this email.

In order of importance:

1)Parent/Team Information Briefing (please read).

2) CVSA Bronze Entry List (find your swimmers events here, on our website and app, and on Meet Mobile).

3) Bronze Event Timeline (so you know how long your day is going to be).

4) Live Stream information (for those who want to tune in from afar).

5) Psyche Sheet (proceed with caution in sharing with your swimmers, sometimes its motivating and sometimes it is not).

Meet Jobs:

Our team has been assigned to fill, 2 timer positions for each morning session, 1 timer position on Sat PM, and 2 timer positions for Sun PM. We are required to fill these roles otherwise we get fined and scolded, and no one wants that. So please sign up here. I have included relief positions for the morning sessions, because they will run ~ 4 hours and it might be nicer for each person to do 2 hours, rather than 1 person doing 4 hours. The afternoon session is super short and will be done in 2 hours, so I did not include relief in these positions.

If you are able to officiate or apprentice. Please reach out to Jess Workman at [email protected] to let her know you are coming. They are always looking for officials!

Final Addendums:

Read the information, there is free parking, bring some snacks for your swimmer, and let me know if you have questions. Be respectful of signs and policies of UVAC at all times. Support your swimmers, make this a positive and fun weekend for them. They have worked really hard to get here and now it's time to see where this goes. I know Coach Taylor and I can't wait to see what they are all capable of. It is our great privilege to be on the deck with them and help them navigate this experience. Also let me know ASAP if you need to scratch your swimmer due to illness, text/call is best: 612-222-4526.

Go Sturgeons! See you at the pool!

Coach Hilary
