Coach Kari and I decided to end practice at 8pm tonight. I think we should all have a little more rest going into this weekend (whether we are at Bronze or not). I think there is a greater risk in doing too much at this stage than doing too little.

Monday and Wednesday 5pm start.
Tuesday and Thursday 6pm start.
No Fridays.
