Happy Friday!

January 16th

Hi Sturgeons-

I have just a few quick updates for you all as I rush off to Bronze Champs later today!

1) I have attached the list of participants for next Saturday's Pentathlon in Clintonville NY. The entries are due today. So please let me know by email if you want in and are not on the list. It is a fun meet run by my old club I grew up swimming on. It is also a last chance meet to achieve Silver's Qualifying times. Please let me know ASAP, I will submit around 9pm today!

2) Coach Kate Bujold put together a fundraiser merch order. So if you or extended family are looking for some CVSA gear, please check out the options and fill out the form.

3) There is practice tonight 6:30-8pm if some of you are interested in some extra work before this weekend's fun!

That is it, short and sweet from me today! See you all at the pool!

Coach Hilary
