Great Meet Bronze Champs Team! Practice Tonight!

January 19th

Hi Team-

I want to congratulate everyone on a wonderful Bronze Championship meet. There were many best times and fun times. We had many new Silvers cut times and a lot of almost Silvers cut times. A lot of your swimmers have just aged up into a new age group. It is really hard to go from being the oldest in your age group to being the youngest in the middle of a season. Some of these jumps are harder than others. Please don't get discouraged, they are doing great as a whole, their swim skills are getting better with every meet. They will put in the work and it will pay off eventually. I have attached the results from the meet to this email.

I want to remind everyone that we will have practice tonight in a few hours from now. Also we will have a regular practice schedule for the rest of this week. Thanks all and see you at the pool soon!

Spring Training Back to Normal Schedule

Hi Spring Training Sturgeons-

I wanted to briefly remind everyone that practice is back to normal for the rest of the 5 week session. So that is:

Monday and Wednesday 5pm start.

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm start.

No Fridays.
