Hi Team-
Happy Friday!
I just want to let everyone know that practice tonight is from 6:30-8pm. If your swimmer is doing the Pentathlon let coach Rodney know and he will dismiss you early, so for swimmers doing the Pentathlon he will dismiss you at 7:30pm. All others can practice their usual time, so for Crimson 6:30-7:45 and Big Sturgeons/Teal 6:30-8pm.

I wanted to briefly remind everyone that practice is back to normal for the rest of the 5 week session. So that is:
Monday and Wednesday 5pm start.
Tuesday and Thursday 6pm start.
No Fridays.
