No Drylands today or tomorrow! Please enter by single door closest to pool tonight!

Hi Sturgeons-

I want to remind everyone that today we do not have use of the hallway space near the pool due to a basketball game. Please enter by the single metal door closest to the pool entrance. Due to this disruption we will have no use of the hallway space so we will not be having Drylands. You could always have your kids show you "Caleb Dressel Gold Medal Abs Routine". After a couple rounds of that you will be rock solid.

So the schedule today and tomorrow is:

Little Frys: 5-5:45pm (no change).

Teal: 5-6:00pm (no drylands- but if attendance is low and pool space allows I can have them swim an extra 15 minutes)

Big Sturgeons: 5-7:00pm. (really no change in pick-up/drop off- just more water time).

Crimson: 6-7pm (no drylands).

Thank you all for your flexibility and understanding.

Spring Training Back to Normal Schedule

Hi Spring Training Sturgeons-

I wanted to briefly remind everyone that practice is back to normal for the rest of the 5 week session. So that is:

Monday and Wednesday 5pm start.

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm start.

No Fridays.
