Hi Spring Training Group!
I wanted to let you all know that tonight is the last practice of the Spring Training Session. We will be having a mock meet/relay carnival. We will have warm-ups from 6-6:20. Then we will do a few short, low key races (25s and 50s). Then we will do some fun relays together. Little Frys and Crimson will be done at 7pm. Big Sturgeons and Teal will end at 7:30pm.
Thanks everyone. See you at the pool!
